Hi, I'm Heather.

I'm a wife, a mom, a wellness practitioner, and like many women, I've spent years trying to take care of everyone else while putting myself at the bottom of the list.

My journey into wellness didn't start with a business plan. It started with my family.

When my children were diagnosed with celiac disease and food allergies, I found myself searching for answers. I wanted to understand why health felt so complicated and why so many families were struggling to find practical solutions. That search eventually led me to study nutrition, wellness, and the deeper factors that influence how we feel every day.

Along the way, I learned something that changed my perspective completely: health isn't just about willpower.

So many women are doing all the "right" things and still feel exhausted, overwhelmed, inflamed, stressed, and disconnected from themselves. They're managing careers, raising families, caring for others, and wondering why they have nothing left in the tank at the end of the day.

The name Oak & Ember represents two things that I believe every woman already has within her. The Oak symbolizes strength, resilience, and the ability to stay rooted through life's challenges. The Ember symbolizes hope, renewal, and the spark that remains even when you're feeling burned out, overwhelmed, or stuck.

My goal isn't to help you become someone new. It's to help you reconnect with the version of yourself that's been there all along.
